Indra Widjaja is a highly experienced governance and risk expert with over 30 years of professional background in internal audit, risk management, and digital transformation. He has served as Chief Audit Executive at major Indonesian banks and held senior roles at international public accounting firms across Indonesia, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Lao PDR. Indra has led national and regional consulting projects in the banking and capital markets sector, focusing on digital governance and internal control modernization. He holds multiple certifications, including CFE, CIA, QIA, CRMP, and GRCP, and currently serves on the Audit and Risk Monitoring Committees of a major bank in Indonesia. As a professional, Indra brings strategic insight, regulatory acumen, and operational depth. Dr. Diaz Priantara
Dr. Diaz Priantara is a senior GRC expert with over 35 years of progressive experience in internal audit, risk management, forensic accounting, and corporate governance across government, state-owned enterprises, and the private sector. He has led numerous high-level consulting projects involving internal control system assessments, external quality assurance, and GRC framework development for financial institutions and public agencies. Diaz holds a doctorate in management science, multiple master’s and bachelor’s degrees in accounting and economics, and is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Risk Management Assurance (CRMA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Chartered Accountant (CA). In addition to his academic leadership as an associate professor and board member of ACFE Indonesia, he is also a published author in fraud, audit, and forensic fields. Ranu Mihardja is a distinguished legal practitioner and former senior prosecutor, currently serving as Strategic Legal Advisor at Asta Benah Daya Consulting. With over 33 years of service in the Indonesian Attorney General’s Office, Ranu held critical leadership roles including Director of Strategic Development Security at JAM INTEL, Head of the Prosecutor’s Training Center, and Chief Prosecutor across multiple provinces. His extensive career spans intelligence, anti-corruption, and internal oversight functions, having served as Inspector at JAMWAS and Chief Expert Prosecutor at JAM INTEL.

Lutfi Fachda, MSc., MH., Ph.D. is a nationally respected authority in integrated risk management, corporate governance, strategic planning, and business law, currently serving as Principal Advisor for Risk, Governance, and Strategic Transformation at Asta Benah Daya Consulting. With over 30 years of experience, Lutfi has advised state-owned enterprises, financial institutions, government bodies, and multinational corporations on strategic transformation and enterprise risk initiatives.
He holds advanced degrees in tax planning, corporate finance, and business law from top institutions in the UK and Indonesia, and is professionally certified as a Qualified Chief Risk Officer (QCRO) and Certified GRC Oversight Professional (CGRCOP).
